Now in its twenty-fourth season, the Noon-Hour series was founded by Joachim Ostertag as a concert venue for local artists to perform during the summer. Originally held at the Tom Thomson Gallery, the series has since taken residency at Georgian Shores United Church (997 4th Ave East) and features a diverse range of musical genres, from jazz, classical, folk, and world music. Held every Wednesday from June 28th to August 30th, the series has inspired the region’s best musicians to collaborate and develop as performers, and pursue musical excellence. In return they have been able to share their love and passion for music with thousands of audience members.
